About the Body Corporate

Body Corporate Chair and Committee

Unit owners (who are members of the body corporate) elect the Chair and members of the body corporate committee at each annual general meeting.

The current chairman is Marie Elliott and the committee members are Ian Wright, Marie Elliott, Wynne Norgrove, Peter Adams and Vicki Vinsen.

Body Corporate Rules

The Body Corporate Rules were updated at the December 2018 Annual General Meeting. A copy of the new rules can be found here

Please ensure that you are familiar with the rules.  They cover a wide range of issues such as ensuring that all residents have the use and quiet enjoyment of their property.

If you rent your apartment then you are responsible for ensuring that your tenant/s also know and comply with these rules.
