Body Corporate Operational Rules

The Body Corporate Operational Rules are a legal document that state specific conditions. They primarily direct the use of common areas, facilities and apartments. Latitude 41s Operational Rules also detail the duties and obligations of owners and outline expected behaviours and limitations such as no smoking/vaping in common areas (this includes balconies), no laundry to be visible from the street frontage and to not make undue noise so as to interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other residents.
